I'd like to compliment Derek for the excellent service he provided me. Derek helped me service my VW Jetta after I experienced a serious problem. The vehicle was stalling while driving and would randomly fail to start. I deal with Clarksdale Volkswagen, but was referred to White Rock Volkswagen by a close friend. Derek's professionalism, ability to keep me in the loop, and ability to get to the bottom of the problem quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few days, he was able to rectify the problem. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with White Rock Volkswagen.
We decided it was time to get a new car that we did not have to worry about anymore. I went to White Rock Volkswagen just to take a look at my options and see if I could be approved. From the moment I walked in the front doors, I felt like family. Miranda in Finance made me feel at ease with the application and financing. She had me approved within 5 minutes with a budget I liked. I even had Kristine the warranty manager out in the lot helping me with everything I needed and looking at cars and that is not even her job. She wanted to see me in the car I loved. She is amazing at her job and an amazing person! Everyone was doing everything they could for me. There was no pressure whatsoever with buying a car. Rob Smith (the best sales guy I have ever met!) showed me a couple cars and I fell in love with the Passat. We signed the papers and it was mine (with a very reasonable payment)! I never once felt anxious or pressured. I told them I can come back on Saturday to pick it up but they insisted that they wanted to see me drive it home that night. Everyone stayed late just to detail my car and have it all ready for me. I will NEVER be going to another dealership after that experience. They don't treat you like customers or "commission", they treat you like family.
Ed was amazing with helping me purchase a new vehicle. I had decided about a week before my purchase that I would wanted either a GTI or a Beetle. I had actually gone to other VW dealerships prior to visiting WR VW and had horrible experiences. I was in a bit of a rush to purchase a vehicle and at the other dealerships I was informed upon my arrival that I would have to book an appointment with a salesman (even though the sales team where not with another customer). It was also required that I provide all of my personal information prior to even seeing what the other dealerships had in stock.
When I came to WR Ed helped me right away and had provided me honest advise. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to make my own decision. I really appreciated all of the support he provided me. I also appreciated how he took the time to listen to my needs and determine if I should purchase the GTI or the Bug. In all everyone complements me on how much the car suits my personality. I also tell everyone that if they want one, to go see Ed.
I also really appreciated the friendly fellow who detailed my car [Gene]. He was an older guy who detailed my car like it was an art. He also made me feel as though my car was a first class purchase.
