Treated Like Family

We decided it was time to get a new car that we did not have to worry about anymore. I went to White Rock Volkswagen just to take a look at my options and see if I could be approved. From the moment I walked in the front doors, I felt like family. Miranda in Finance made me feel at ease with the application and financing. She had me approved within 5 minutes with a budget I liked. I even had Kristine the warranty manager out in the lot helping me with everything I needed and looking at cars and that is not even her job. She wanted to see me in the car I loved. She is amazing at her job and an amazing person! Everyone was doing everything they could for me. There was no pressure whatsoever with buying a car. Rob Smith (the best sales guy I have ever met!) showed me a couple cars and I fell in love with the Passat. We signed the papers and it was mine (with a very reasonable payment)! I never once felt anxious or pressured. I told them I can come back on Saturday to pick it up but they insisted that they wanted to see me drive it home that night. Everyone stayed late just to detail my car and have it all ready for me. I will NEVER be going to another dealership after that experience. They don’t treat you like customers or “commission”, they treat you like family.
